Last updated 27 October 2026Seller Tool Cart is an online service. Nothing is shipped: a paid plan is delivered to your account, in the extension, as soon as the payment goes through.

How a plan is delivered
- You buy a plan from the extension's side panel, signed in with Google. The plan is linked to that Google account.
- It usually turns on within a minute of paying, and always within 24 hours. The extension shows the new plan and its listings.
- The invoice is in your account in the extension as soon as the plan is on.
If the plan doesn't show
Close and open the side panel once. If it still shows the old plan after an hour, write to support@sellertoolcart.com with your payment id. If we can't turn it on, the payment is refunded in full under our refund policy.
