Privacy policy

The short version: we use your photos and the form you have open to fill that form. We never ask for marketplace passwords or OTPs, and we never submit anything for you. Applies to the Chrome extension "Seller Tool Cart" and this website.

1. What the extension does

It helps a seller fill their own product listing form on Flipkart Seller Hub (seller.flipkart.com) and Meesho Supplier Panel (supplier.meesho.com), or a bulk listing template file, from product photos. It never submits a listing: the seller reviews and submits it.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with Google. We keep your email address and Google's account id, to link your plan and usage to you. We don't get your Google password or contacts.
  • After sign-in we ask once for your mobile number. We keep it with your account to reach you about your account, plan and payments, and to stop one person from making many free accounts. We don't share it or verify it by OTP.
  • We keep a random id for each browser you sign in on (at most 2), and the network address an account was created from, to stop misuse of free plans.
  • We keep how many listings and chat questions you used, and each AI call's size and cost.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store card, UPI or bank details. We keep the order, the payment id, the amount and, if you give them, your business name, GSTIN and state, to issue invoices. Invoices are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

4. Data sent for each fill

  • Product photos you add, resized to at most 768 pixels, and an optional note.
  • The listing form's field names and allowed options, and the category name.
  • Error messages the marketplace shows, when you tap "Fix errors".
  • Questions typed to Mitra, the in-panel helper (the last few, each at most 400 characters).

This goes to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) and from there to Google's Gemini AI on Google Cloud Vertex AI, which writes the answers. We don't store photos, notes or questions after the answer is returned; we keep a short fingerprint of a product's photos for 24 hours so filling it again is free. Google processes requests under its Google Cloud terms and does not use them to train its models.

5. Data that stays on your computer

Business details (brand, manufacturer, packer, importer, country of origin), the last product's numbers, HSN and GST choices, what Mitra learned about a product, and your settings stay in Chrome's extension storage on your computer. Price, MRP, stock, SKU and business details are written into the marketplace form or template on your computer; they are not sent to our server or to the AI.

What we never doWe never read, store or send passwords, OTPs, bank, payment or GST login details. We never sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for ads, credit or lending decisions. We never read pages other than the two seller panels above.

6. Permissions

  • seller.flipkart.com and supplier.meesho.com: to read the open listing form and fill it.
  • Identity: to sign in with your Google account.
  • Side panel, storage, scripting: to show the helper, keep your settings on your computer, and start the helper on a tab that was open before install.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Sign out from the panel's account sheet at any time. To delete your account and usage data, write to support@sellertoolcart.com from your sign-in email; payment records we must keep for tax are kept, everything else is deleted within 30 days.
